The RU251s gun is the same but its a lot easier to flank which makes the gun workable.
You'll have lots of fun in the very rare down tier in the heavy stuff, but in uptiers you're forced to kinda use the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ 90mm JPZ gun. Use the JPZ for uptiers, buy the RU251 and also use that for uptiers. You kinda have 3 options for Germany at 6.7. If you had the Panther 2 you'd have a much easier time at 6.7 but it was removed.
But the Tiger 2 H chassis is hindering your ability to flank and be mobile to utilize that gun to its max. The long 88 is a great gun at 6.3 and decent at 6.7. The issue is is that the German vehicles that are the "same" as the post war vehicles are mostly heavy tanks (the Tiger 2) and are rendered useless by post war tanks with HEAT-FS or tow missiles. Because German vehicles perform the "same" as the post war vehicles you see.
